About the brand
Who runs Alina Beauty?
I do. I'm Edwina — a mum building a small, considered K-beauty store in Australia. If you contact hello@alinabeauty.com.au, you're emailing me directly.
Why such a small selection?
Quality over quantity. Every product on this site is one I've personally tried, tested, and use myself. Each earns its place by being a verified bestseller, a global category leader, or an emerging breakout in an ingredient trend I believe in. The catalog may grow over time, but the standard won't change — I won't list anything I wouldn't put on my own skin.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. I source every product through authorised Australian wholesalers, which means I can guarantee authenticity and keep prices competitive. No grey-market imports, no parallel imports. Real product, every time.
Are your products vegan / cruelty-free?
Most of the brands I stock are cruelty-free. Vegan status varies by product — check each product page for details.
How does the 1% donation work?
1% of every dollar of revenue is donated monthly to the Cerebral Palsy Alliance Australia.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship from?
My warehouse is in Australia. Every Australian order ships locally — no offshore fulfillment. International orders ship via Australia Post International or DHL.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes set by their local authority.
How long does shipping take in Australia?
Standard: 3-7 business days. Express: 1-3 business days. I dispatch same-day for Australian orders placed before 1pm AEST.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on Australian orders over $59 and free express shipping on Australian orders over $120.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email me at hello@alinabeauty.com.au.
Returns & refunds
What's your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (return postage at your cost). Opened products with formulation issues — irritation, inconsistency, doesn't perform as described — can be refunded or replaced within 14 days. Email me at hello@alinabeauty.com.au with a photo of the issue.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Photograph the damage on arrival and email me at hello@alinabeauty.com.au. I'll replace or refund immediately.
How long do refunds take?
I process all refunds within 5 business days of receiving the return. The refund typically lands in your account within 3-7 business days after that, depending on your bank.
What does Australian Consumer Law cover?
Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a refund or replacement for products that don't match their description, are unsafe, or don't do what they're supposed to do. Contact me at hello@alinabeauty.com.au with details and I'll handle it personally.
Wholesale & partnerships
Can I order wholesale or stock Alina Beauty in my salon?
Not currently. I focus on direct-to-customer retail. I may open a wholesale program in the future — sign up to my newsletter to hear first.
