Shipping policy

We ship from our Australian warehouse Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 1pm AEST ship the same day. Orders after 1pm ship the next business day.

Australia-wide rates:
- Standard: $9.95 (3-7 business days). FREE on orders over $59.
- Express: $14.95 (1-3 business days). FREE on orders over $120.

We use Sendle and Australia Post Express. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

We don't currently ship outside Australia. Email hello@alinabeauty.com.au if you'd like to be notified when international shipping is available.

Damaged in transit: We'll replace or refund immediately. Photograph the damage on arrival and email us.

Lost packages: We'll lodge an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we replace or refund within 5 business days.
