International
We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days depending on country. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your local authority — these are the recipient's responsibility.
All Australian orders ship from my warehouse Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 1pm AEST ship the same day. Orders placed after 1pm ship the next business day.
We use Sendle and Australia Post Express for Australian delivery, and Australia Post International / DHL for international.

Returns & refunds
I want you to love what you order. If you're not happy with your purchase:
Unopened products: Return for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is at your cost.
Opened products with formulation issues: If a product irritates you or doesn't perform as described, contact me within 14 days at hello@alinabeauty.com.au with a photo of your reaction. I'll refund or replace, no questions asked.
Damaged in transit: I'll replace or refund immediately. Just photograph the damage on arrival and email me at hello@alinabeauty.com.au.
Faulty products: Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a refund or replacement for products that don't match their description, are unsafe, or don't do what they're supposed to. Contact me at hello@alinabeauty.com.au with details.
I process all refunds within 5 business days of receiving the return.
