For Dark Circles For Puffy Eyes 15-Min AM Ritual Ginseng + Retinal 60 Patches / 30 Days

It’s the 3am feeds that show up under your eyes — the puffiness, the shadows, the concealer that settles into the fine lines instead of covering them. By the time someone means well and says you “look tired,” you already knew.

Beauty of Joseon’s Revive Eye Patches are the 10-minute ritual that quietly fixes it. Ginseng floods the under-eye with antioxidants and brightens the colour cast that creates dark circles. Retinal (the retinoid that’s faster-acting than retinol but gentler than tretinoin) signals slow, compounding anti-aging. The cooling hydrogel patches de-puff the bags within 10 minutes.

Ten minutes with your feet up while they work — immediate de-puff and brightening now, slow-build firming over time. One small ritual that’s yours.

The Alina Promise

Try the jar for 30 days. If your under-eyes don't look more awake, email me. Refund or swap.

You'll feel the de-puff and cooling on day one. The brightening + crepiness improvement builds across 30 days. If both haven't happened after a month of daily use, that's on me — refund or swap, no return needed.

"As a mum running a business, I'm on Zoom by 9am. These are the 15 minutes I take for myself before everyone else needs me. I put them on while I make my coffee. By the time my first call starts, my eyes look like I slept eight hours instead of five — and the slow improvement under the surface is the part I notice three weeks in."

Benefits

De-puffs in 10–15 minutes

The hydrogel base cools and draws excess fluid out of the orbital tissue — the same mechanism behind keeping eye creams in the fridge, except more efficient because the patch is physically conforming to your under-eye for 15 minutes. The puffiness from sleep, alcohol, or salt is visibly gone before your first call.

Brightens the dark-circle colour cast

Korean ginseng is one of the most-studied antioxidants in skincare — it improves microcirculation under the eye (where dark circles partly come from pooled blood) and contains compounds that brighten skin tone over time. Visible difference at 14 days, compounding from there.

Retinal anti-aging without the irritation risk

Retinal (retinaldehyde) is the faster-acting middle child between retinol and tretinoin. Applied to the eye area via a 15-minute patch, you get the anti-aging signal without the full-strength all-over-face dryness retinol can cause. Skin around the eye is the thinnest on your body — targeted delivery makes a real difference.

Concealer goes on smooth, not creased

A hydrated, de-puffed under-eye is the difference between concealer that lays down evenly and concealer that settles into every line. Use the patches first, give the area 60 seconds, then apply makeup. The compliments you'll get are about your eyes, not your concealer.

60 patches = 30 days of treatments

One jar carries you through a full month of daily use, or two months if you use them 3–4 times a week. Resealable jar keeps the patches saturated to the last pair. Roughly $1 per ritual.

What's in these patches

The brightener

Korean Red Ginseng Extract

A herbal medicine staple in Korean tradition for centuries; in skincare, one of the most-studied antioxidants for improving microcirculation and brightening uneven tone. The colour cast of dark circles is partly pigmentation, partly blood pooling under thin skin. Ginseng helps both.

The anti-ager

Retinal (Retinaldehyde)

A retinoid that converts to retinoic acid in just one step (retinol takes two). Faster-acting than retinol, gentler than prescription tretinoin — the sweet spot. Targeted to the eye area in a 15-minute patch dose, you avoid the dry-flaky face problem people get when they introduce retinol all over.

Note: Retinal is a retinoid. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. See the FAQ for full safety.

The delivery system

Hydrogel Patch + Niacinamide + Adenosine

The cooling hydrogel patch creates an occlusive seal that drives the actives deeper than a cream sitting on top of your skin. Niacinamide strengthens the thin under-eye barrier and helps the brightening compound. Adenosine is a clinically-tested anti-wrinkle ingredient that supports the retinal signal.

Why this over a premium eye cream

Targeted delivery. Faster visible result. A fraction of the price.

How to use them

After cleanse + toner. Before serum + moisturiser. 15 minutes.

Step 1

Clean, toned skin

Whatever your normal first steps are. Skin should be just-damp, not wet.

Step 2

Apply patches

Curved edge tucks under the eye, the wider end angles toward the temple. Press gently to adhere.

Step 3

Wait 15 minutes

Coffee. Emails. Outfit. Whatever's in your morning. Don't peek — full 15 minutes for the actives to work.

Step 4

Remove, press in residue

Don't wipe off the leftover essence — pat it in. Then continue with serum, moisturiser, SPF, makeup.

Frequency: Daily for the first 14 days, then 3–4 times a week for maintenance. Or use a pair before any morning where you need to look your best.

Questions answered
Are these safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

No. Retinal is a retinoid — the same family of ingredients dermatologists advise against during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If that's your life stage, message me and I'll match you with the pregnancy-safe Medicube PDRN Pink Peptide Serum instead, which targets the same firming and brightening goals via a different active.

What's the difference between retinal and retinol?

Retinal (retinaldehyde) is one step closer to retinoic acid — the form your skin actually uses. Retinol has to convert twice. That means retinal works faster and at lower concentrations, with less of the dry-flaky irritation people get from retinol. In an eye patch, the dose is controlled and time-limited, so the risk-benefit is even better.

Can I sleep in them?

No — they're designed for 15 minutes. Past that, the patches dry out and start drawing moisture back from your skin instead of into it. Set a timer if you tend to lose track.

Can I use them every day?

Yes — the retinal dose is gentle enough for daily use, especially compared to an all-over retinol cream. Many users do daily for 14 days to build a base, then drop to 3–4 times a week for maintenance. If your eye area feels at all sensitised, skip a day.

Can I wear them in the PM instead?

Yes — retinoids are traditionally PM products because UV degrades them. The patches work either time of day, but PM is the safer-by-default routine for any retinoid product. If you do AM, make sure you're wearing SPF 30+ on your whole face.

Do they sting?

A mild cool tingle in the first 1–2 minutes is normal — that's the active essence absorbing. Persistent stinging or burning isn't normal — remove the patches and rinse. Email me; I'd rather refund you than have you persist with something that doesn't agree with your skin.

How long until I see results?

De-puffing: 10–15 minutes, every single use. Brightening: 14 days of daily use to start noticing. Crepiness improvement: 4–6 weeks (this is the retinal building cell turnover, which is genuinely slow).

How long does one jar last?

60 patches = 30 pairs of patches = 30 days at daily use, or 8–10 weeks if you go to 3–4 times a week. Resealable jar keeps the essence saturated until you use the last pair.

Why now

Ships from Sydney in 1–3 days. Not from Korea in 21.

Retinal degrades with heat and time. Stocked in Australia means yours hasn't sat in a customs container for three weeks. Fresh formula, fresh date code, full potency.
