The "I Look So Tired" Glow Reset
You know the mirror moment. It's mid-morning, the baby finally went down, you catch your reflection and think: I look so tired. Not just a bit tired — flat. Grey. Like the light went out of your skin somewhere around the second trimester and never fully came back. And you've slept (a little). It's not really about sleep anymore.
That "tired" look is almost always three things at once: skin that's dehydrated, a little rough on the surface so it stops reflecting light, and running low on the plump, bouncy quality it had before. So I built this bundle to fix exactly that, in the order it needs fixing — calm and hydrate first, then bring back radiance, then plump overnight while you (hopefully) get some rest.
Three products I use myself, in my four minutes between the shower and the baby waking. This is the glow reset for the "I look so tired" face — the one sleep alone couldn't fix.

Why these three work together
Glow isn't one product — it's a sequence. A tired complexion looks flat because light isn't bouncing off it evenly, and that comes down to hydration, surface texture and plumpness. Each of these three solves one of those, and they only really work in this order.
Step 1 — Tone & calm (Anua Heartleaf 77%). Everything starts with a settled, hydrated base. This toner is 77% heartleaf (Houttuynia cordata) — a botanical that quiets redness and reactivity while it delivers a first, light layer of water. Post-baby skin is often more reactive than it used to be, so calming before you actively brighten stops the rest of the routine from tipping skin over. It also preps the surface so the serum absorbs instead of sitting on top.
Step 2 — Glow & even (Beauty of Joseon Propolis + Niacinamide). This is the radiance engine. Propolis brings a honey-like, nourishing glow and comfort; niacinamide works on tone — the uneven, dull, "grey" look — over a few weeks and supports the skin barrier so hydration stays put. Layered onto the calm, damp base from step 1, it's where "flat" starts turning back into "lit from within."
Step 3 — Plump overnight (Biodance Bio-Collagen mask). Radiance also needs bounce, and that's what the overnight bio-collagen mask does. It's the famous clear jelly mask that melts onto skin and can be left on overnight — it seals in the toner and serum beneath it and floods the skin with hydration and collagen so you wake up genuinely plumper and smoother. This is the "by morning" step: the one that answers "I look so tired" the fastest, because you literally see it the next day. You don't need it every night — two to three times a week, whenever the tiredness shows.
Give this routine a proper go. If your skin doesn't look brighter, calmer and more like you within 60 days, email me and I'll refund it or swap it for something that suits you better — no forms, no fuss.

What each step does
Anua Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner
Your first layer of hydration and your calm-down step. 77% heartleaf soothes redness and reactivity, softens the surface and preps skin so everything after it absorbs better. Watery, weightless, and kind to skin that's turned more sensitive since the baby.
Beauty of Joseon Glow Serum, Propolis + Niacinamide
The radiance step. Propolis gives an immediate nourished, honeyed glow; niacinamide evens out dull, uneven tone over time and strengthens the barrier so hydration doesn't escape. This is what turns "flat" into "glowing."
Biodance Bio-Collagen Real Deep Mask
The overnight plump. A clear bio-collagen jelly mask that melts onto skin, seals in the layers beneath it and floods it with hydration and collagen. Leave it on overnight and wake up plumper, smoother and visibly less tired. Four sheets in the box.
How to use it
A simple three-step glow routine. The toner and serum are daily (AM and PM); the mask is a two-to-three-times-a-week overnight treat.
Tone
After cleansing, pat the Anua toner over damp skin with your hands until it sinks in.
Glow
Smooth a few drops of the Propolis + Niacinamide serum over your face and neck. Follow with SPF in the morning.
Plump
On tired nights, apply the Biodance mask over your serum and leave it on overnight. Peel off and rinse in the morning.
What to expect
Real timelines, from someone who's honest about them:
- The morning after your first mask: visibly plumper, smoother, more hydrated skin — the fastest "less tired" result in the bundle.
- Week 1–2: skin feels softer and more comfortable day to day; that tight, dehydrated, flat feeling eases and makeup sits better.
- Week 4–8: more even, brighter tone from the niacinamide, a calmer overall complexion, and a glow that holds without the mask. This is where the "I look so tired" look really lifts.
Gentle, consistent use beats intense bursts — especially on postpartum skin. A few honest minutes most days is the whole secret.
Best for your skin type
Dry & normal-to-dry — your bundle
This is exactly who it's built for. The heartleaf and serum layer hydration, and the overnight bio-collagen mask deals with the tight, flaky, dull look that dryness causes. Plumping and glow are the whole point here.
Combination — yes
Works well. All three are lightweight and water-based, so they hydrate the dry zones and add glow without greasing up your T-zone. Use the mask on the areas that feel driest if your whole face doesn't need it.
Oily — yes, lightweight
All three are light enough for oily skin, and niacinamide is a friend to it. This is a glow-and-hydrate set, though — not an acne or oil-control treatment. If breakouts are your main concern, email me and I'll point you elsewhere.
Sensitive — friendly
Heartleaf is a genuinely calming ingredient, so the routine leads with soothing before it brightens. As always with reactive skin, patch test first and add the serum a couple of days after the toner so you can feel how your skin responds.
Pregnant or breastfeeding
These are gentle, everyday ingredients — but this isn't my dedicated pregnancy-safe bundle, so I won't label it that way. If you're pregnant or nursing and want peace of mind, run the ingredients past your GP or midwife, or email me and I'll help you choose.
Questions answered
Is this the pregnancy-safe bundle?
No — this one is all about glow. The ingredients are gentle, but I keep the pregnancy-safe label for the bundle I've specifically vetted for it. If that's what you need, email me and I'll send you the right one.
Will it clear my breakouts?
This is a glow, hydration and radiance set, not an acne treatment. It can make skin calmer and more even, but if active breakouts are your main worry, tell me and I'll match you to something more targeted.
Do I really leave the mask on all night?
Yes — that's the magic of the Biodance mask. It melts in and can be left on overnight; peel off any residue and rinse in the morning. Two to three nights a week is plenty. There are four sheets in the box.
Is there anything in here I should check for allergies?
Yes — the Biodance mask is a marine (fish-derived) collagen mask, so please skip it if you have a fish allergy. The propolis serum is bee-derived, worth noting if you're sensitive to bee products. When in doubt, patch test and email me.
In what order do I use them?
Toner first, then serum — both morning and night. Add the overnight mask on top of your serum on tired nights. Finish your mornings with sunscreen; glow lasts longest on protected skin.
